Learn to build your own wooden, Krenov-style plane with a former Krenov student. We will be making an 11-inch long plane with a 1-3/4″ iron. Each student will come away with their own handmade wooden plane, and the confidence and knowledge of how to build any size plane.
Students will also make a small, brass-headed plane-adjusting hammer to set-up and adjust the plane.
All tools and materials will be provided. Students are welcome to bring their own hand tools if applicable.
Tuition price does not include a materials fee for the Iron, chip-breaker, woods, and brass hammer head. (~$85)
