Summer 2026 Classes
May 4th, 2026
Summer classes are posted and signups are open!
Starting June 1st, we'll be teaching a weeknight version of our Basic Cabinetmaking class. The class will meet weekly on Monday evenings until August 17th. Students will build a simple base cabinet from sheet goods with a solid wood face frame.
We'll also be offering a handful of one-day Saturday classes! Most of these are components of the Fundamentals I course, so these are a great way to build some fundamental skills a la carte, or refresh some of what you've already learned.
May 30 - Sharpening Edge Tools
June 6 - Hand-cut Dovetails
June 13 - Mortise and Tenon
June 27 - Make Your Own Joinery Mallet
July 18 - Dimensioning Lumber
July 25 - Tuning and Using Handplanes
And come Fall, we'll be running our Fundamentals I, Fundamentals II, and Basic Veneering classes again! All of those courses will be starting the last week of September.
Hopefully we'll see y'all in the shop soon!
